I’ve been using Phen375 for 3 weeks now, I was pretty skeptical about taking it. Only because I couldn’t find a bad review anywhere on the internet, so it sounded like almost too good to be true.
The first two weeks I dropped 10pounds.. this week I haven’t lost any, but I have been only taking one pill a day this week because my next order is taking so long to get here. I’m also really sensitive to taking new things, and the pills didn’t make me jittery or anything like that. I do find it hard to eat as much food as they give you in your diet plan, only because it supresses your appetite that much.

Cannot find any “real” reviews or forums discussing this item. Shame really, as then you get a little dubious as to whether it actually works.
All i can say is ive been taking it for almost a couple of weeks now and have lost 4lb. No not a whole lot, but my diet hasn’t changed one bit and I havent done any exercise. I basically wanted to do it that way just to see if it does have any effect alone.

1) first 2 of the packages where short…one had 24 pills and other had 26..

You must be on a diet and eat healthy to lose weight. I see the pills as something that may reinforce this. Thinking you may actually lose weight from the pill is pshyscological when, in actuality, it’s your new diet plan… I tried it and it did not suppress my appetite. I was very disappointed that my stomach growled. I had small meals, very low fat, drank lots of water etc and to no avail. If anyone was to lose weight it is because of their long term eating habits, not because of this pill.
